I've had this since Christmas but I wanted to save it as a Valentine's dress! This is an original design from Heart My Closet with a fantastic feel to it, swinging and swaying as you strut by. I want to get some footage of the movement, I couldn't get enough of it, haha!
My gloves, earrings, and hat are vintage, the belt is from a Bernie Dexter dress. Lipstick of course is from Besame, I have on Red Velvet with Merlot on top since I like to mix colors.
